Most of the work is deciding what to solve
Users, PMs, engineers, often the founder or CEO in the room. I analyse and explore the problems so I turn up with the tradeoffs already mapped.
Evidence
Analytics and research go in before pixels
Where people drop off, and why they say they left. Mixpanel and interviews, synthesised with an LLM so the pattern surfaces sooner.
Craft
Systems, states and the unglamorous details
Type, hierarchy, empty states, errors. Figma and its AI tools to explore, working from a design system or building one.
Ship
I stay with it through the build
Claude Code and Codex to build the front end myself, so the intent survives. Then measure what actually changed.
